How we started
Two Pots And A Pan Catering was created by Owner and inspiring Chef Audrea Vaughn. One evening while brainstorming business names, Ms. Audrea had a vision about a previous event that kicked off her catering career. "I came up with many names, but Two Pots And A Pan was the one that stuck with me the most". Audrea knew without a doubt that she wanted a name that spoke her true personality and most of all told a story. "I was thinking about the event and said to myself, man I fed 175-200 people with two pots and a pan, and it hit me" Her first event was such a big success that using two pots and a pan motivated her to create "Two Pots And A Pan Catering". Her love for helping people inpired her to create her own seasoning desiged to her unique palate. "Instead of explaining to everyone the spices I use, I decided to blend my own, especially for my none cooks and big eaters. I wanted to create a seasoning that would be my only seasoning needed". Audrea's journey started as early as 9 years old. "Cooking is something I've always wanted to do, even before I could reach the stove, but my mind wasn't made up until I was about 12 years old". Being motivated by celebrity chef Rachel Ray, Emeril Lagase and many more, Chef Audrea hasn't turned back on her dream of having a cooking show of her own, while stepping out only at age 23 to began her journey. "Two Pots And A Pan Catering is more than just catering or food, its PASSION".
